Lucia Mal\u00ed\u010dkov\u00e1, an expert in high-performance computing (HPC) and research-innovation ecosystems, has recently become a mentor in the international mentoring programme organized by Women in High Performance Computing (WHPC). Her involvement in this global initiative is a testament to the growing effort to promote diversity and equal opportunities in the technology sector.\n\nWHPC has been committed for several years to supporting women and other underrepresented groups in the field of high-performance computing. Their mentoring programme connects experienced professionals with those at the beginning of their careers, creating space for talent development, knowledge exchange, and career growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
