DIGITbrain Project is an EU innovation program (coordinated by PNO Consultants<\/a>) to give SMEs easy access to digital twins. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A Digital Twin is the virtual representation of a product, system or process that simulates its physical attributes in the real-world in real time. By collecting data from its physical counterpart, manufacturers are enabled to streamline the manufacturing process and make predictions with regard to machine failures or maintenance needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V porovnan\u00ed s konceptom digit\u00e1lnych dvoji\u010diek, ktor\u00fd sa u\u017e v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti vyu\u017e\u00edva vo v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch procesoch mnoh\u00fdch spolo\u010dnost\u00ed, chce projekt DIGITbrain z\u00e1js\u0165 e\u0161te o krok \u010falej a vyvin\u00fa\u0165 tzv. ‘Digital Product Brain’, ktor\u00fd by zbieral a ukladal d\u00e1ta z cel\u00e9ho cyklu v\u00fdrobnej l\u00ednie alebo stroja. Toto sa uplatn\u00ed v novom koncepte v\u00fdroby, ktor\u00fd sa naz\u00fdva \u201cv\u00fdroba ako slu\u017eba\u201d (Manufacturing-as-a-Service \/ MaaS). Tento koncept umo\u017en\u00ed v\u00fdrobu pod\u013ea po\u017eiadaviek klienta, produkciu \u0161pecializovan\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkov a to aj v men\u0161\u00edch mno\u017estv\u00e1ch a z\u00e1rove\u0148 st\u00e1le ekonomicky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experiments will be implemented in close collaboration with Digital Innovation hubs and technical partners of competence centers. This interaction should start during proposal preparation, DIHs and technical partners of competence centers acting as business and technical supporters for applicants. This collaboration should continue during the experiments\u2019 deployment and execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
