Vymyslie\u0165 t\u00e9mu pilotn\u00e9ho NCC hackathonu nebolo \u013eahk\u00e9: HPC prostredie m\u00e1 svoje \u0161pecifik\u00e1 a je pre mnoho \u013eud\u00ed celkom nezn\u00e1me. Napokon sme sa rozhodli pre v\u00fdzvu, ktor\u00e1 by rie\u0161ila nie\u010do, \u010do pozn\u00e1me a pou\u017e\u00edvame v\u0161etci: mobiln\u00fa aplik\u00e1ciu. Konkr\u00e9tne t\u00e1 na\u0161a by mala prin\u00e1\u0161a\u0165 pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eom HPC preh\u013ead o ich v\u00fdpo\u010dtov\u00fdch \u00faloh\u00e1ch a stave v\u00fdpo\u010dtov\u00fdch prostriedkov.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Organiz\u00e1tori z N\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho kompeten\u010dn\u00e9ho centra pripravili tzv. backend aplik\u00e1cie a umo\u017enili \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkom pr\u00edstup k potrebn\u00fdm d\u00e1tam priamo z klastra situovan\u00e9ho v Ko\u0161iciach, kde si mohli sami sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165at aj testovacie \u00falohy. HPC prostredie, v\u00fdpo\u010dty a ich mana\u017ement pomocou n\u00e1stroja SLURM sme pribl\u00ed\u017eili na \u00favodnom webin\u00e1ri a 9. j\u00fala sa online hackathon mohol za\u010da\u0165. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z dvoch t\u00edmov, ktor\u00e9 sa akt\u00edvne z\u00fa\u010dastnili, si zvolil in\u00fd pr\u00edstup k v\u00fdvoju: PWA (Progressive Web App) a Kotlin multiplatform. Obom t\u00edmom mus\u00edme uzna\u0165, \u017ee v\u00fdborne uchopili projekt a v\u00fdsledn\u00e9 rie\u0161enia a ich prezent\u00e1cia sa n\u00e1m ve\u013emi p\u00e1\u010dili. V\u00ed\u0165azn\u00e1 aplik\u00e1cia by mala fungova\u0165 na zariadeniach s Androidom i iOS a d\u00fafame, \u017ee po fin\u00e1lnych \u00faprav\u00e1ch ju \u010doskoro bud\u00fa m\u00f4c\u0165 otestova\u0165 na\u0161i aj pou\u017e\u00edvatelia!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a challenge to come up with a suitable topic for our pilot online NCC hackathon: the HPC environment has its specifics and most people are not familiar with it. At the end we\u2019ve decided for a challenge that would involve something we all know and use: a mobile application.
